Emily joined the team as Legislative Aide to Representative Kilcoyne in June 2026. In this role, Emily manages all aspects of the legislative process, addresses constituent inquiries and concerns, and oversees daily office operations. She holds a degree in Public Policy and Data Science from William & Mary. During college, Emily worked as a research assistant studying public health disparities in the Caribbean and interned for Representative Katherine Clark and the Massachusetts Executive Office of Aging and Independence. She is excited to serve the residents of the 12th Worcester District!
